Bollywood’s Dabangg star Salman Khan is currently busy shooting for Apoorva Lakhia’s war drama ‘Battle of Galwan’, based on the 2020 clash between India and China in the Galwan Valley. Meanwhile, fans are excited after a surprise reunion hint during ‘Bigg Boss 19’, where Govinda’s wife Sunita Ahuja appeared as a guest.
After the episode, rumors spread that Govinda has joined the cast of Battle of Galwan — marking his first on-screen collaboration with Salman Khan in 18 years, since their hit 2007 film Partner.
Govinda Starts Shooting
According to a report by Inside Box Office, Govinda has already begun shooting for the film. The project is said to focus on the bravery of Indian soldiers during the Galwan Valley clash and will feature high-intensity action and emotional drama.
Star-Studded Cast
Alongside Salman and Govinda, the movie also stars Chitrangda Singh, Ankur Bhatia, Abhilash Chaudhary, Vipin Bhardwaj, Siddharth Muli, and Zane Shaw in key roles.
Salman’s Upcoming Projects
Apart from Battle of Galwan, Salman has confirmed that work on ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan 2’ is also underway. He was last seen in Sikandar opposite Rashmika Mandanna, though the film didn’t perform well at the box office.
Now, fans are eagerly waiting to see the Salman–Govinda duo reunite on the big screen after nearly two decades — a comeback that promises nostalgia, energy, and entertainment.
